We take pride in being 100% Texas. Hand made in very small batches, from farm roots to your bottle. Our spirits are pot distilled twice, to reveal a rich, full bodied flavor. We make light whiskey. Light whiskey is a thing on its own. It's distilled different from bourbon at higher proof off the still, and used in used local bourbon barrels. Used barrels offer great flavor and are environmental friendly, and are sustainability. .
